Great place! The rooms are really nice and updated along with the amenities. The dog park could use some work the grass isny great and they could wash the sidewalk every once in a while. But other than that have loved it so far!

We had a personal situation where they put us in a different layout than we were told. We have had a really smooth experience other than that and Tiffany has been really helpful. We are hoping to finish discussing our situation soon. Valet trash has been great and cox came out and fixed our WiFi.

I’ve been living at The Griffins for a while now, and it truly feels like a safe, luxury community. The management team is always professional and responsive, the property is beautifully maintained, and the amenities are top-notch.
