Check-in time is at 3:00 PM and check-out time is 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out cannot be accommodated. The guest booking the home must be at least 25 years of age. No smoking is allowed inside, outside the property, or on the premises, with a $1000 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence or smell of smoke upon check-out. The no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens. Homes are electronically monitored for noise and smoke detection. No large gatherings are allowed, and no mailbox access will be granted. A laptop computer is not included.
