The property has a zero-tolerance policy for smoking, vaping, drug use, and parties, with fines applicable for violations. No animals are allowed, with a fine of $250 per day for violations. At least one person occupying the house must be 55+. Vehicles cannot be parked on the street for more than 72 hours at a time. No mail or packages are allowed. Be respectful of the neighbors in this family-friendly neighborhood. Check-out is at 11 AM, and the cleaning crew will enter the home at that time. Any damage resulting in blocked days on the calendar will result in charges for those days.
