This apartment complex and the management here are ATROCIOUS. Please (DO NOT) move in unless you don't mind your voice being heard. The management here doesn't care about their tenants safety or well-being. The only involvement management will ever have with you is when they need something or forcing you to pay for damages you had no involvement in. The complex doesn't have cameras or security to identify who's in fault and proof of who Actually caused the damages. They are most thrilled to give... you a notice for SUCH THINGS, but NEVER about when the A/C and Water get shut off. Let us not talk about the huge dugg holes all around the apartment complex from water leaks, as if that isn't dangerous for your tenants children. Keep in mind the pool of this complex just opened this year after so many years of the hot summer going without. The laundromat is also filthy and occasionally washers and dryers will not work. Should I even say maintenance or landscapers? I see the maintenance doing more ground work than they actually fix things up around the complex. You will never have a consistent maintenance man at this complex as they are quite often to change. The only time maintenance is consistent on fixing things throughout the complex is only when higher up is to show, such as (HUD). The office complains to tenants about using grocery carts for those of us who don't drive, but that is the VERY THING maintenance uses for their supplies. At this point management here only cares to save their own behinds and to neglect the needs and necessity of her tenants. The office doors will never be open for your convenience Monday-Friday as this is to keep tenants out. Someone mentioned the manager having some type of power Trip, well that's exactly right. Managment is arrogant and rude. I believe it is appropriate for one to learn communication skills before running an entire apartment complex. Is it not the most IMPORTANT to have a healthy relationship with you manager? Why haven't any actions been taken for these matters? I'm confused how they pass inspection and (HUD) is blinded. Seems no one knows how to do their jobs professionally. Lee mas
