Incompetent management
HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT. Total incompetency every single day. They cannot process rent payments without screwing things up at every opportunity. They will apply your rent check to a different unit and then give a little "oops". But at the same time, they will immediately start eviction based on their error. Making it worse, you cannot ever rely on PRINTED MAILED documentation. Write a check based on that statement, good luck getting them to accept the check. Tenants are expected to conjure up some... random number in their ledger, otherwise they will not accept payment.
Making it worse, the online payment system demands far too many details about your bank account. They literally wanted to know if my checking account was interest bearing. Why the heck does a landlord and its payment processor need to know if your bank account is interest bearing? It also wanted to know when the account was opened. Again, why does a landlord or payment processor need to know when the account was opened? They also wanted to know if I had a nickname for my account. Again, what purpose does that serve? It is really sad when a huge national bank is the hero of the story. It was my bank that notified me of all the things the payment processor wanted to know about my account.
NEVER RENT HERE! It isn't worth it.
