Too Much Trouble
I'm a parent that pays the rent here. This is my honest feedback for you. I'll try to be concise and list just some of the issues we have had.
There are multiple unwanted services that you are automatically enrolled in and they are very hard to opt-out of. If you don't pay extra for auto-payments, you only have 24 hours to pay on time each month - just a single day from when you are able to pay until the time it is due. Also, the portal doesn't clear indicate when payments are due, and if you... are late paying you will not be reminded that you are late by the system or staff. The system will charge $5 each day you are late past the grace period. The staff have directly lied to me more than once. My student renter has been locked out of their apartment half-dressed.
If you decide to rent here, understand you will have multiple extra services that you are automatically enrolled in. Don't expect or bother to opt-out, because the amount of work, time, and stress to do so willing likely not be worth it to you.
Overall, I would recommendation paying more and choose another place to live that doesn't have all the hassles. Good luck and I hope you enjoy Tucson and UofA.
