We are sorry to hear you were having issues with the WiFi. We strive to have happy tenants in all ways possible, and your review has helped us make applicable changes to the quality of our property. We are confident that we will be able to... exceed your expectations if given the opportunity to do so. We have made many improvements to improve the WiFi consistency and speeds by increasing them more than 6x their old rates and upgraded/added many new pieces of equipment. We value you as a resident and thank you for staying with us. We hope you will take the time to re-evaluate us and leave a review consistent to how we are doing as a whole. We hope you can understand it takes a little time to fix larger issues, but those presented have been addressed. Lived here 2 years

Solid place to live that's close to campus and 4th ave. It's considered a "Quite complex" so they don't allow parties. Apartments are alright, although I keep the place clean and have had a good amount of roaches, that comes with Tucson and not much can be done. Major complaint is the Wi-Fi if you have an important test go to campus to do it. The Wi-Fi is unreliable and super slow (5 Mbp/s) most steaming for any online class will take much longer. Management is okay.
