Core Apartments

Core apartments has been a terrible experience for me. From the terribly ran management company/leasing team to every amenity possible. I’ve had plenty of expensive items stolen from the mail rooms in which are supposed to be properly secured for its residents to feel safe while sending items to where they live. In my last experience I had very case sensitive documents with my SSN on it stolen right out of the main office mail room in which they told me to kick rocks and they’re not responsible... .

Every amenity here is broken 99% of the time in which they do not respond quickly to fixing. Dog crap laying around in the halls. They do not take care of this building or the tenants.

I’d advise you to stay far away from core and save yourself the headache. I read the bad reviews before I had moved in and still chose to make the mistake for myself. Don’t let it be you.

Maintenance is always incredibly helpful and super kind. Edward from the office is also incredibly helpful with any problem that you may come across. However, we’ve had to change our resident portal 3 times in the past few months which has been frustrating with earning rewards with one portal to suddenly change it then those rewards become obsolete. I feel like Core keeps selling their property to new owners and they keep undergoing new management which makes it difficult to keep track,... especially with all of the ongoing changes. On top of that, rent only keeps increasing drastically. It doesn’t make for a long-term stay Lee mas

I have lived in this apartment community for over 3 years and have found the maintenance staff and the state of the community satisfactory. However, I still take issue with the enforcement of certain policies. There seem to be no consequences for smoking in this non-smoking community or for excessive noise during prohibited hours. Additionally, the charging stations for electric vehicles are unregulated, with some tenants using them as secondary parking spots. It is difficult to have an electric... vehicle when you cannot charge it or have to charge outside your residence. These issues are typically addressed by sending general warnings to the community, which has not been effective. Despite these concerns, I remain here due to my need to care for a loved one nearby. We love core we have lived in 3 different apartments. Everyone that works here is amazing!!! Nothing crazy has happened if we have an issue it gets resolved and we go back to living everyday! Everyone loves our pet and always wanna say hey to the handsome little man! I would Recommend core to a friend for-sure.

This is a great place to live. Staff is awsome. Things are taken care of. The staff cares. Grounds are clean, and most of all I feel safe
