Courtyard Square Apartments

I have been living here for a little over a year. Dunlap Properties manages this location, and they do a good job.

Pros:
Rent is inexpensive. An A/C unit is included in each apartment unit. One car port is provided per apartment. The community is nice, everyone is respectful to others inside the complex. Water is included and built in with your monthly rent. The property manager Janell is honest with residents and works hard. If you like fireworks a lot, you get to enjoy Disney fireworks every... night.

Cons:
Neighborhood around the complex is somewhat dodgy. Street parking is very competitive, especially after 3pm. No pool at this complex. Occasional Disney traffic. If you do not like fireworks very much, you have to enjoy Disney fireworks every night.

Bottom line is that this is a decent place to live if you don't need to commute to the Irvine area every day and are somewhat tight on money. I would highly recommend this place to a single renter or a couple that can carpool to work together. Lee mas

WHEN WE FIRST MOVED IN, THIS COMPLEX WAS PRIVATELY OWNED.NOW IT IS MANAGED BY DUNLAP PROPERTY MANAGEMENT AND IT HAS GONE DOWN HILL. MY WIFE AND I ARE THE ONLY ONES LEFT LIVING HERE LONGER THAN 8 YEARS AND WE ARE LOOKING TO MOVE ASAP TOO. WE CAN'T TRUST THE CO. AS NEITHER DOES THE OWNER, AS SHE WON'T GIVE THE MANAGER ANY OF THE DOOR CODES FOR EACH APARTMENT. THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN OUR FIFRST RED FLAG TOO. JUST CAN'T WAIT TO MOVE.
