Shade Tree Apartments

I lived here for almost 2 years, and during these last couple of years, it has only gotten worse and worse.
Example 1:
Parking- its terrible! Let me make it clear.... TERRIBLE!!! These apartments are two and three bedrooms, there is no such thing as one bedrooms, so you would expect at least 2 parking apaces but NO! You only get one per apartment... And let me make this clear as well, parking your car inside the parking structure is not safe... I repeat it is NOT SAFE! There has been many... occasions where residents car have been broken into, things have been stolen... And in their own garage! That is ridiculous! If you want to park you are going to have to park on the street, good luck with that, as there is no parking on the street either! So your last resort is to park in the residential area down the street, but i'd be careful with those residents...
Example 2:
The apartments themselves- first off, its hot! And i mean HOT! The only AC in the house is in the living room area, but in the rooms, ha good luck! Not only is AC a problem but im not sure what the people who built these apartments were thinking but non of the rooms have an source of lighting... Yes, there is no light in any of the bedrooms, you'd have to buy your own lamp... The kitchen is very outdated, cheap materials all around the apartments! Another annoying feature is the fact that sometimes you find other peopls parked in your parking space! I wouldn't hesitate in calling thw tow truck, but wait they dont have a tow truck company. And then the problem with the kids, they sit on the stairs, which could start to get annoying. The laundromat sucks.
Example 3:
The Rent- well the rent is really nothing to complain about... I guess thats the reason so many people are convinced about this place; however, its the bills that kill you... For example you pay the utilites... All of them! Rent itself is 1,325 for a two bedroom, however with the bills you're looking at around close to 1,500 not alot but, when you start to take into account all the other downsides of the apartments you begin to ask yourself if its really worth it.... It's nice and quiet. Big swimming pool, air conditioning, nice management on site.
