Mira Bella Apartamentos

Last summer we joined the newly renovated, and newly staffed, MiraBella apartments. The price was reasonable and the apartments were in fairly well maintained condition. Unfortunately, there were a series of problems with our AC shutting off, dishwasher having to get replaced, and the community laundry facility only working at half capacity during our entire year long stay. When the issues were brought to Management's attention we were met with nothing but a slow response time and an apathetic... attitude. We decided that we would be better off at pretty much any other residence and moved. We filled out all the necessary paperwork for a move out inspection but received no response from the office staff, who are rarely actually in the office (expect to see a "will return soon" sign on the door) and ended up having to move out without one. Upon receiving the final summation of the cleaning and maintenance charges, we discovered that they would not only be taking our entire deposit, but ultimately be asking for even more to cover the cost of "returning the apartment to it's original condition" This included painting the kitchen and bathroom because they were "dirty", guess that's one way to fix it. We spent a great deal of time cleaning all of the the apartment to include the carpet, floors and walls but were charged for them anyways. In conclusion, I would recommend that if you are considering moving in, that you accept that you will be receiving none of your deposit back and will most likely end up having to pay them additional fees for whatever cleaning fee they decide to employ to reach a high enough dollar amount to take all of it. Maybe their ill trained and inexperienced staff will have improved their professionalism by then, but I doubt it. Good Luck. Lee mas

With a lot of grass to walk your dog around, this is a great places to live at with your bestfurrend. Not many places accept dogs but this one does.

They just remodeled the common area, main pool and gym and look really good now. It's a short walk to fast food and groceries which is nice. The park setting is relaxing and many people play with their dogs. You mostly pay for the amenities and park setting. The standard 2b2b is okay, nothing to mention particularly unless you get a renovated one. There is fiber optic available in many of the apartments which is awesomely nifty.It can get a tad windy due to being close to the 10 so you'd need to... make sure not to leave windows open all night when it's rough. Be careful walking on the sidewalks after the sprinklers were on, because the grit becomes mud-like and extremely slippery. Don't walk through the empty lot next to the neighborhood at night, it is desert and has dangerous animals. Lee mas

Waiting for our house to close so haven't moved in to the apartment yet, but our experience working with the office staff has been fantastic so far! They have been professional, courteous, and very helpful :) The units are beautifully renovated and we're looking forward to moving in and enjoying our new surroundings for the next 9 months!
