DON'T DO IT!!!!!

We've been living in the complex since 2016 and this place is horrible! Constantly changing property managers, everything is broken and dirty, I mean really they clearly could care less about this place. I know the cost of rent is tempting especially for Burbank but it's not worth it. They will leave you with broken appliances, mold in your dishwasher, upside down electrical sockets (I can't make this stuff up). Seriously, save yourself the hassle of having to move someplace with more... expensive rent and just pay the more expensive rent. As the saying goes, you get what you pay for.

Great Apartment for the price

The size and location of this apartment is what really makes it great. All rooms are a good size and there is lots of closet space in the bedrooms. Kitchen and bathrooms are updated. The location is great - close to the 5 and 134, starbucks, grocery stores, and downtown Burbank. The building is quiet and on a quiet dead end street with ample street parking for visitors. The landlord is quick to respond to any issues and the lease process was quick and easy.
