Horrible management
I came early for a tour with my significant other and our small dog (we would have taken turns looking at the unit) but the office had a sign that said "will be back at 1" so we decided to walk around the complex. Although the website stated no pets, someone we knew that used to live there owned a dog and stated there were many dogs in the complex so we called ahead and they said it would be fine since she's a a certified service dog. There was a lot of construction and blocked off areas. My dog... , being a dog, started sniffing the grass. I clearly saw the "no dogs on grass" sign and was mindful of it since she was just sniffing the edge, still on the cemented walkway. A few residents were walking around, already warning us of the inconsiderable management here so I made sure to keep her off the grass while we continued our stroll. Suddenly a lady came up behind us and barked out "excuse me! We don't allow dogs on the grass. You're not a resident. I know we have nice grass but don't do that." I was shocked, in absolute awe. She was so condescending and patronizing as if I was a child that had just stolen a extra cookie. My dog wasn't even on the grass! But still, we apologized and she continued walking...into the management office!! We were so put off by her that we just left without going to the appointment. Of course we received a call shortly after that I declined and sent to voicemail. She was overly nice on the message stating she was looking forward to meeting us and our dog and couldn't wait to show us around. Absolutely the most artificial person you could ever meet. We did see other dogs being walked around the complex and in the hallways, we even walked past a balcony that had some very angry dogs barking extremely loud at us. The 3 residents we came across were extremely friendly and all told us about the horrendous management team and how judgemental, pretentious and rude they were but I wanted to give them a benefit of the doubt and give them a chance. I see now that I was wrong to think that and the residents were all correct.
