To begin with there’s homeless people camping out in the front of the building management hasn’t done anything about it, washing a drying machines are always broken and dirty from the outer, the building is falling apart slowly, there’s literal broken pipes hanging on for dear life, management never cleans always see neighbors cleaning the apartment for them instead, for a place where rent is so expensive and keeps getting risen up it doesn’t make sense why it’s the way it is.

It’s the worst place to live , no maintenance, no action is ever taken for actual health concerns, no parking gate because it shut down and they don’t want to pay for a new one , mold all over the building , bed bug pandemic just overall worst building in the valley. If you wish to live here recommend you ask about EVERYTHING!

The maintenance takes about 1 to 2 months to actually fix something.
