We live in this apartment community and constantly deal with ceiling leaks. This is not a one-time issue — the leaks happen over and over again, in different rooms, and are never fully resolved.

You pay for a three-bedroom apartment, but in reality, due to ongoing leaks, you end up living in only one or two usable rooms each month. Ceilings are opened, drying equipment runs nonstop, there is a damp smell, and normal living becomes impossible. Our holidays were completely ruined because of this... situation, adding even more stress and disruption.

Management is extremely unprofessional. Responses are slow, there is no clear plan, repair timelines keep getting delayed, and the same issues keep coming back.

I will never return to this place and strongly advise others not to move here. If you want to avoid constant stress, damaged living space, and irresponsible management, stay away from these apartments. Lee mas

We have enjoyed living here for the past 12 years. If you visit you will notice the grounds are very well kept. Smaller property so there is less noise and less drama overall. We love our home here.

LUNA APARTMENT management has no empathy, consideration or concern towards tenants, regarding maintenance problems they are responsible for. I have faced the exact, constant repeated repairs re: a leaking ceiling over and over due to not getting fix correctly the first time. The water leaking happens when it rains and leaks terribly inside my apartment from the celling and has has damaged my property which has caused a tremendous inconvenience. There are water leaking pipes causing rust to leak... onto cars, causing stains on cars in the parking garage and management fails to compensate for any damages. They advise if an damages occur the tenant should contact their insurance company for compensation. So beware!!!!!!. Lee mas
