Plaza Apartments

This apartment complex is old. Very old. It is in dire need of a full-blown renovation. The only redeemable aspect of this complex is the size of the units. They are huge, however, that's really the only positive thing I have to say about this place. The carpets are disgusting, there are ants EVERYWHERE, the floors creak and you can hear EVERYTHING from the units around you, above you, and assuming, below you if you happen to live upstairs. For whatever reason, none of the power outlets can hold... a plug, did someone spend their days plugging and unplugging something into every. single. outlet. until they were worn out? Maintenance was also lacking, if you called something in, the maintenance guys showed up whenever they wanted, if at all. The onsite laundry machines and dryers worked, sometimes... To top it all off, I guess the money people save living in this complex was used to hire maids. If you walked into the laundry room in the morning, you would generally see maids using all of the washing machines to do multiple loads of laundry. How annoying. Finally, they keep the grass cut, and sweep the sidewalks and parking lot, looked good, but there is graffiti all over the complex. I guess the residents think that looks nice. Do yourself a favor, look elsewhere. Lee mas
