Atwell at Folsom Ranch

The process of touring and leasing our apartment at the Atwell was very streamlined. Our leasing agent Kymberly was newer to this complex, but she made it a priority to answer my questions and was just as passionate about me making the right decision as I was. These are luxury apartments, they're pretty much always quiet, and everyone we've met has been kind. The inside of each apartment is clean and modern which I appreciate as well. The only complaint I would have is that the gym is quite... small but if you already have a gym membership or are considering one, that won't be a problem. I have officially lived here for one month as I write this review and I have really enjoyed it thus far. Lee mas

If I went off the Google Reviews I would have missed the opportunity of living in this beautiful community. Ofcos it’s not going to be 100% percent but so far so good, I had the best experience with the Management team . Very accommodating

Filter & Fridge handle Received prompt reply to my request from the office and a quick visit from maintenance.

Feels like Home I've been here approximately 1 year & found it to be a good neighborhood. Of course, when I first moved in, there were the few things that needed tended to, however, once I contacted the office & maintenance everything was taken care of in a timely manner.
