The Greenery Apartments

If you plan to live here then better then twice. The manger here is very greedy, unprofessional, rude and lie. She always make excuses for herself to make herself look better. Before moving in she all nice and will do everything you say but after a month staying you can't ask her to tell the maintenance to come fix stuff for you. They took FOREVER to just come and fix something!! She told us that the upstair are only couple old people and they and have kid but that is a big lie. The upstairs... tenant have a lot of kids and they always run and jumping all day and night even it midnight make us can't sleep. Even we nicely ask the manager to tell the upstairs to not run too much specially at night time when we trying to get sleep because we got work to go to early in the morning but she just told us that they have kids and that how apartment are. Which she lie because at first she just told us they old couple. Also yes I understand it a apartment but it doesn't hurt to tell your tentant to give a little respectful for the other too. Lee mas

There's no use reporting that your hot water has been turned off because they turn it off without informing us tenants beforehand. We heard before that this manager will pick sides between domestic partners who have issues and yell at the side she dislikes. We didn't think it was true until she yelled at my parent. Bossing them around and taking advantage of their kindness. Not a place for older people. Not a place for a younger naive individual or couple too. She takes advantage of tenants. If... you're going to live here, beware and be smart. Lee mas

My Experience living there the manager is no good. She doesn't listen to tenants and has hung up on me multiple times while I was trying to speak to her. All she cares about is adding extra charges and getting more money for the owners. There is never any hot water due to the main rear water heaters going bad, which supplies the entire back half of the apartments. They claim they are fixing it but I was there The entire time through out my year lease and every week we either had no hot water for... days or no water due to them shutting it off for a temporary quick fix. In the summer they refused to add coolant and make you wait until the end of July for PGE to do it for free to all the units. Meanwhile you need to deal with Fresnos hot summer days and night. The manager won't answer her phone and when you try to go above her and speak to the owner, she harasses you with multiple notes on your door and phone calls to your work stating she is the only point of contact for any issue, especially is you have an issue with her. Which everyone does due to her bad attitude and money hungry greediness. It was a very frustrating year for me living there. The place is infested with roaches and they promise to professionally spray which they never do. I will never recommend living there for anyone, not even to my worst enemy. Per the managers own words "I am a queen and this is my empire". So think real hard if living there is worth your hard earned money. Lee mas
