Willow Wood Apartments

Willow Woods was a fine place to live during the 7 year interim between my moving out of my home and into another. The living room and bedrooms granted me and my girlfriend enough space for the two of us and also our child when he came along a few years in. The kitchens are outdated but accommodating enough. Bathrooms small but also accommodating enough. The backyards too are small but offer enough space for very small sit-downs or gatherings. Grass, however, did not grow back there, only moss,... and the dirt was very hard to loosen up to even bother to try and plant any. If you do attempt to plant your own grass, it's at your own expense. Actually, everything you do to improve the apartment is. If something breaks or needs to get fixed, it's usually not fixed correctly and the problem worsens until after the third or fourth time someone comes out. The grounds are well kept.The short woman that manages Willow Wood, however, is a real jerk and would be our only complaint. We've witnessed her harass and bother other tenants and their children for ridiculous reasons and were told by many others that had lived there a few years that she was a very sneaky, vindictive woman and if she decided she didn't like you for any reason or you stood up to her, she'd make your living there difficult and try to get back at you. We found this out barely a year after moving in. Parking has always been a problem, especially if you have two vehicles, and we've seen the lady jerk that manages Willow Wood have people's cars towed because they had to park someplace other than a parking space. Overall, I would recommend Willow Wood but watch your back when it comes to the short woman that manages it. Lee mas

I lived here since April 2015 and its very nice and quiet. People here are very nice and friendly, they would say hi and give a nice warm smile. What i like most is the patio, its big enough for my 2 year old to play. I also like that the grass is always green and well maintained, so the complex wouldn't look so dirty. The only down side is water bug and spiders, other than that its a very nice place to live.
