Timberlane Apartments

The Timberlane apartments are very affordable in price and also it is a very quiet complex. Geraldine the apartment manager is very professional and helpful. I would recommend these apts if you are in the market for an apt.

This is extremely great apartment complex. The apartment are very nice. The community is very quite. The property management is very helpful and kind.

These apartments are horrible, the manager picks and chooses who is allowed to have pets. We were told NO PETS ALLOWED he also picks and chooses ppl to pick on, always harassing some residents. Tweakers always walking around inside the gated community and they don't live here

I lived here around one and a half year. It is a gated community. Its very clean, near to bart, local market and rent is also very reasonable. The manager is one of the best and taking care of everything perfectly. There are some issues that i confronted here. The walls are really thin, its easy to hear in your neighbor's apartment. Its a smoke-free community but mostly you will find people smoking in front of their apartments or near pool area. Parking is next to your window so its noisy... sometimes in the middle of night. If you can overlook these issues, its one of the best apartment for moderate income families in this area. Lee mas
