We have 1-bedroom(660 sq ft) and 2-Bedroom(800 sq ft). Interiors have dual pane windows, garbage disposal, microwave, electric stove/oven, fridge/freezer, and ceiling fans in bedrooms. 1-bedrooms have a heater in the bathroom, and wall-mounted HVAC... units. 2-bedrooms have central heating and air and an additional ceiling fan in the dining area. We have an on-site laundry room for resident use only and a community room for activities. Waitlists vary from type of apartment. 2-bedroom applicants will wait about 8-12 months, Senior 1-bedroom applicants will have the same approximate wait time, and 1-bedroom standard unit applicants are waiting 4.5-5 years.Pets are approved at no more than 35 lbs and with a deposit of $300. Service animals must be approved before move-in and the charge will not be applied if approved. Water, sewer, and garbage is included in the rent cost. Electricity is resident paid.
