Legacy at Livermore Apartamentos

This 'luxury' facility has degraded considerably since I moved in 20 months ago.
The PARKING GARAGE is downright dangerous; speed bumps and lane marker bumps are needed.
The place is DIRTY! It's unconscionable that the windows have never been washed - they are filthy. The corridor carpets were recently cleaned and the vendor did a great job. However, there is no protection from tracking dirt in from the garage and outdoors and the carpets are once again gross. Commercial heavy duty walk-off... mats would help. The garage floor is filthy, has never been cleaned.
We now have groups of teenagers swarming the pool and riding electric boards & bikes through the garage. Yesterday a group of 5 young boys were wandering the halls, checking doors. I asked if they live here and they said 'no, their friend gave them a fob.' There is zero monitoring and zero security.
The Open Path access control system is a joke - doors throughout are often taped open, and many locks no longer work. Lee mas

Good management and good location. Very clean and easy to get around. The only annoying part is not having access to the trash room. Overall so far I recommend.

We have lived here for 5 days now. So far our experience is great. If I can give one bad thing, it would be it's to bright at night. Our unit is ground level and next to the street light. Blackout shades are needed. Also the spa is broken.

I just moved in two days ago and overall, I am very satisfied with my decision to stay here.

There are a few things I am not satisfied with.
1. My parking spot is very far away from my apartment.
2. One of the apartments above me, with a balcony facing the courtyard, played music extremely loud, had what appeared to be a large gathering of people in the apartment an on their balcony, and had a dog on the balcony that barked a lot. I hope this is not a pattern.
3. Connecting to the AT&T... Wifi was anything but simple. The QR code did not work. I was on the phone for over an hour with AT&T to get it hooked up and I am a 100% remote worker, so having reliable internet is essential.
4. I was required to identify any damages to my apartment during my walk though with Diane. I suggest residents be given a week or two to complete this list, because I have already identified a few things I did not notice during my walk through. Lee mas

Quiet, clean, great surrounding area. Excited to live here and start a new chapter. From the gym to the rooftop pool and relax or community areas and back to the apartments yourself. Feels fresh, looks great and happy to call legacy home.
