Legacy at Livermore Apartments

Legacy have been good. The apartments are spacious enough for a bunch of things and quite nice with amenities. So far, there have been only a few problems like the flooding after some use but the team was able to resolve the issue really quick.

Diane was.so very helpful, the unit was move in ready, and all my questions were answered promptly. The Legacy Livermore is a beautiful community, excited to enjoy its amenities and meet my fellow residents.

Was a smooth and east transition to move in. Everyone was very helpful and understanding. I felt like I was helped along the way as well which is nice as a new renter.

This 'luxury' facility has degraded considerably since I moved in 20 months ago.
The PARKING GARAGE is downright dangerous; speed bumps and lane marker bumps are needed.
The place is DIRTY! It's unconscionable that the windows have never been washed - they are filthy. The corridor carpets were recently cleaned and the vendor did a great job. However, there is no protection from tracking dirt in from the garage and outdoors and the carpets are once again gross. Commercial heavy duty walk-off... mats would help. The garage floor is filthy, has never been cleaned.
We now have groups of teenagers swarming the pool and riding electric boards & bikes through the garage. Yesterday a group of 5 young boys were wandering the halls, checking doors. I asked if they live here and they said 'no, their friend gave them a fob.' There is zero monitoring and zero security.

Good management and good location. Very clean and easy to get around. The only annoying part is not having access to the trash room. Overall so far I recommend.
