I’ve lived at the community for a few years now. Best community I’ve lived at. The building is well kept staff is diligent and one of the best locations in downtown Long Beach.

Part of the reason I decided to move here was the impression created by former property manager. Mr. Mussa. I have met the new property manager and I hope the great work ethic and amazing customer service continues.

Great place to live. This is the honest truth, I have had ZERO problems, issues, or concerns since I moved in almost a year ago. I strongly recommend 200 West to anyone thinking about moving. I am not being compensated in any form for this review.

Beautiful community, great staff, I’ve appreciated the communication from management. Everyone is so friendly and professional — always welcoming and know me on a first name basis. Love the technology (app) used to get around the property.
