Avana on Pine

I lived in this place for three years, and initially, it was a fantastic community. However, over time, it has steadily declined. The elevator has been under repair for nearly two years, and despite numerous promises, there has been no progress. Additionally, the other elevator has been out of service for months. It's frustrating and puzzling how the building continues to function this way.

The water supply frequently experiences outages, and the pipes seem to deposit some strange gunk into... one of the bathtubs in my apartment. To make matters worse, the fire alarm system throughout the community goes off so frequently that it's hard to believe it's a genuine emergency. Last weekend alone, it rang more than 20 times, disrupting our sleep at 2 am.

Honestly, this community is turning into a complete joke. I've come to realize that there are much better complexes available, offering more amenities at the same price or even lower. Moving in here would be a huge mistake, and I strongly advise against it. Lee mas

Do not rent here. The facility is very neglected.

Get better management that actually cares about the community, keeping the complex clean and safe. Elevators are continually breaking down, sometimes both down at the same time. This is unacceptable. Issues with theft in the garage. Avana on Pine is grossly understaffed.

Overall a wonderful experience. Friendly, helpful and communicative management team, Jesse and Keron (apologies for probable misspelling) were and are amazing. Very excited to be a part of the community at Avana and looking forward to integrating and acclimating more.

Not the same as when I moved in. Location is the best about this place. It could be cleaner.
