Hampshire Place

This place is absolute trash, moved in and a week after my apartment had a leak. They fixed it but didn't finish their work and left a hole open. Cockroach infestation happened and still has been going on till this day. The building seriously has a pest problem. Dead cockroaches in the hallway all the time, flies ally year round will get into your apartment even when all your windows are closed. The street the building is located at has turned into skid row so you can't open your windows from... the noise. The security has harassed me personally and decides to take pictures on their personal phones of you in your swimsuit when there are cameras. On top of all of this the management is absolute worst and never said sorry. I have asked them to let me leave 15 days earlier to which they have responded they can't do anything. Lee mas

Extremely noisy apartment, above unit noises, can't sleep, management don't care, dirty hallways, old elevators, horrible experience living here, can't wait until I move out...

The leasing consultants here will lie to you just to get in the door and take your money then say your application was denied and not refund your money sounds like a undercover scheme going on here? Very shady place. Don't even think applying here it's horrible.

Where to even begin with this review. I guess number one would be the 3 different apartment addresses confuse the heck out of USPS so unless you get one of the few apartments actually on S New Hampshire I recommend getting a UPS box because you WILL NOT get your mail 90% of the time.

Mid-Lease they will decide your apartment that didn't have washer/dryer unit must need one. That your rent will go up for a service you do not want. That your 2nd bedroom will lose about 2ft of space.

The... "security" that's supposed to be on duty after hours is a joke. The "call if you need assistance" is a lie. Downstairs neighbors sit on balcony screaming from 10pm-3/4a each night and no security call helps you sleep for school/work. The local police won't help either so don't waste your time calling the apartment security or the local police. If you move in buy noise cancelling headphones because the neighbors & street noise will kill your sleep.
