One of the upstairs bedrooms has a walk-in closet. Each unit has a fenced-in patio area off of their sliding glass door. The one-bedroom units are all upstairs above the parking carports with no one beneath them. Each one bedroom has a 10 x 10 foot landing at the top of the stairs that can be used for patio furniture.
