Application Process:
• Fast - Usually only takes a day after you turn in an application and the fee.
• Process - A thorough background, criminal records, court records, credit, rental history (we call your previous landlords), verify employment and income, and eviction check / review is done on all adult applicants. Please let us know of any potential issues, we may be able to work with you, depending on the issue.
• Review - A holistic, fair review is used for qualify tenants.
• Deposit - A deposit is needed to put to hold an apartment, and if you don't pass the review process that usually is done within 1 day, your deposit will be refunded. Due to higher demand, if you don't put down a deposit other people may get the apartment first - this has happened, and to be fair to everyone, we have a first come first serve policy.
• Application Fee - The $35 application fee per adult is not refundable.
• Occupants - 3 People maximum, per 1 bedroom unit, to prevent overcrowding for tenants in accordance with CA State's guidance.
Rent Payment / Details:

• Deposit: $995 Move In Special - depends on credit.
• Lease Duration: 6 Months
• Pets Policy: No Pets Allowed
• Deposit Details: Apartment Deposit is the same as the rent, depending on your credit. We have a record of returning all or most of the deposits to people who move. Just leave the unit in as good shape as your received it, and you will probably be fine.
• Rent Payment is made on the 1st, at a local bank a few blocks away from the apartments via Cash, check, online, or via Cashiers Check. Feedback from our tenants has been very positive.
• Utilities - Owner pays for trash, sewer, and water.
