Those place is nice to look at, quiet (for the most part). But maintenance wise, no bueno. Appliances break often and are traded for other old broken alliances. The place had moldy smell, especially when the air is moist. My apartment smells at least 4-6 months or of the year.

They dont fix anything. The gym, pool, or jacuzzi never works correctly. The charge water and trash but dont tell you until after you move in. And the price goes up every month. People take your parking spots. So many people are moving. The maintenance guy is also the gardner and he will tell you he have no clue what he is doing. The office lady comes in late take a 2 hour lunch and then leave early.... Stay away from this place.
