Newhall Terrace Apartments

Very nice neighbors. Affordable. Utilities included. New AC. New wood floors in my unit. Great management and ownership. Love Patsy. Wish I could have remained living there. I will move back if I come back to the area.

This apartment was one of the first apartments built in this area. It's a classic and not "cookie cutter" like many other apartments.
The back door off the kitchen allows a breeze to flow through and many windows make it light filled and inviting. Situated in the "Old Town" part of the city, there is a large library, a great cafe, restaurants, shops, a community and a professional theater and a beautiful historical park with walking trails, all within a five minute walk! Local Farmers bring... their produce in on Saturdays and the city shuts down Main Street for a street fair once a week. Simple pleasures.

I have lived at Newhall Terrace for a year and have found it to be a pleasant experience! The Lanlord Patsy is very warm and helpful. If there are ever issues, she is efficient and prompt in sending people to solve/fix whatever is wrong. Quiet area, affordable price, near many delicious restaurants/coffee shops and convenient stores, can't go wrong!
