The Weddington

Promises a lot and under delivers, Management changes several times and just changes how bills are paid. Went from being able to split between roommates individually paying to now only one person can pay the whole total. They provide no monetary relief when they have issues lasting several days. Water, Parking gate broken. No bike storage for customers in building 11120, they want you to store it across the street in a storage room that people frequent for packages.

The weddington is nice 6... .5/10 overall but overtime the lack of care and fake care from the office staff gets old. They make it feel like you are a bad person for complaining about basic things you have paid for. Lee mas

I have lived at The Weddington for 4 years, and I continue to be impressed by the staff and the maintenance team. You can truly feel the positive impact and presence of the new manager, Brandon, who has elevated the building experience. Raul remains a pillar of support—always reliable, kind, and attentive.
