I've been living here for 2 years. The faculty and staff and very friendly. The parking is easy and ammenities are nice. The only problem is the B building doesn't have a secure mail closet or room and packages get stolen A lot!

My experience at 4st East has been a story of two buildings. When I moved in, the amenities were a major selling point. Unfortunately, that is no longer the case. The building is in a noticeable state of decline.

The hallways have stained, smelly carpets. The trash chutes are frequently out of order, and the common area TVs haven't worked in months. Key amenities like the poolside kitchen sink is broken the handle falls at the slightest touch and grills are dirty and seemingly ignored. The... hallway walls are also showing significant wear and cupping.

It's a shame to see a once-great building fall into such disrepair. I hope management invests in the necessary maintenance soon.

The move in process was very easy and the staff was great with getting set up with the loading dock. Love that the gym is open 24/. Also numerous food options in the surrounding area.
