The Uptown Apartamentos

I like my actual apartment, but the community amenities could be updated. Also, it’s difficult getting in contact with anyone who works there (minus Jasmine, she’s great).

The local food scene is excellent, with plenty of options including bars, clubs, and more. This place is beautiful, offering easy access to everything, and it's both quiet and clean!

Mary was very helpful and patient with me through all the late changes!! My apartment was really clean and smelled nice upon move in. No noise complaints so far, an overall good experience. thank you

I liked this place very much! Wide and bright rooms, beautiful amenities, nice views. Overall, it was home. I lived here for more than two years. We moved out feeling sad, especially my two year old. Our unit had a defect, a vibrating noise coming from the floor, which at times kept me awake at night. After living for a year, I requested ( more like begging) the management to fix the problem or transfer me to other unit with similar price or current market price. However they did not because of... their “ policy “ which assumes the market price of any unit is at list $300 per month from current price (not true at all) and 500 transfer cost. Well, I hope my toddler gets used to his new apartment and likes it the same. But for those of you who want to rent here , I recommend this place but make sure to check for any defects before signing the lease. Lee mas

The office staff is helpful especially Alonzo. The security staff is also just as amazing. At first the work order process was a bit exhausting however it was rectified in due time.
