Great place to live! There are some small cleanliness and tenant respecting the rules issues, but all in all, decent. I'm starting my 5th year and I would not have chosen anywhere else to live.

Great community! Nice amenity with a heated pool. Fast response with maintance orders. Gated buildings all around with fob access only, it feels save compared to a regular apartment rental somewhere in Oakland.

I'm so excited to move here!! Staff had been incredible so far and my apartment is beautiful! I am most excited about the pool and gym! Great layout of the buildings!
