Seventeen Mile Drive Village Apartment Homes

I left my house that I lived in for 24 years to move to Pacific Grove to be closer to our relatives. I was very worried about the idea of renting, especially because I am a very particular person who wants everything perfect, I had my doubts that anyone would meet my standards - I was wrong. From the moment I met Dixie and Francisco at 17 Mile Drive Village I started to feel very much at ease. They made all of the changes I wanted to our apartment, to exactly the way I wanted them, every... little detail was perfect! I actually found it hard to believe, but they did it, and they made me feel so comfortable and at home that all my anxieties melted away. I really can't thank them enough for them making what I feared would be an incredibly bad situation into one I truly enjoyed. But being a bit of a cynic, I then thought that this joy couldn't last, and after moving in thought the service and happiness would fade - I was wrong again. That was a year and a half ago, and to this day they still take incredibly good care of us and see to all our wants and needs. I couldn't be happier, I'm in one of the most beautiful places in the world, in one of the nicest places in the world, with two of the kindest people in the world! Lee mas

For 13 years, we lived as neighbours to 17 Mile Drive Village. We admired the property then as well-kept and orderly.

Now that we have been residents for over three years, we have firsthand experience with why 17MDV is orderly: it's due to Dixie and Francisco, the Community and Maintenance Managers. No matter what small problems arise, they solve them promptly and cheerfully. We are well pleased with our decision to rent here.

We left a review after touring this community and just had to leave another review as current tenants, confirming our love for this quiet, peaceful community. Francisco, our on-property maintenance man, is friendly, helpful when our apartment manager Dixie is out of the office and takes care of any issues that need to be addressed. We truly look forward to coming home. :-)

We love the peace and quiet while being surrounded by nature and near the beach. The amenities are wonderful and I appreciate the nonsmoking policy. Dixie and Francisco are helpful and make us feel welcome.

Dixie and Francisco are an excellent team and work hard to manage the property, grounds and people. Francisco always comes prepared to solve a maintenance issue. He rarely is defeated by mechanics in a 30 plus year old property! As he fixes the item, he makes sure we are all set and always asks if we need anything else. That's superior customer service! Dixie always greets Tennants with a smile! It makes living here very pleasant.
