Nice Property but Not so Nice Property Staff
We had a 2:30pm appointment. We walk in and the assistant was on the phone. My family and I took a seat for a few minutes. Once she was done with her call, I approached her and let her know that we had an appointment. The first few words that came out of her mouth, just turned out the whole family off the entire experience. She says “you are 10 minutes late and I have to take my break at 3:00pm, so we will need to be quick”. My family and I were all taken back from this response given... that she was on the phone for 5 of the last 10 minutes. We cooperated with her given that she may have been having a bad day and really could use a break. She rushed us through the property with very little details provided. When we asked questions, she either could not answer or just shrugged her shoulders and said, “this is how it is here”. We all were so turned off that we just wanted the tour to end as quickly as possible. We visited 4 other properties the same day. While this property is very nice, the experience left my family and I with such a bad taste, that we would not consider renting at this property. This customer service representative needs to be trained further or she needs to find a job that she is more passionate about, because it was clear that she really did not want to be there or do this job.
