Love the area. With the new management, front staff is always so sweet and friendly and we get our calls and concerns answers within minutes. We get our maintenance taken care of right away. Randy, and his team do a great job, I appreciate them getting their stuff together so efficiently. Thank you for making us feel like we are a priority

I lived in the area for 15 years, so I’m very familiar with this building. The surprising thing to me was how awkward the floors were and how clearly no one bothered to really fix them. Bless the girl who toured us as she tried everything to dodge the true answer, but the floors were visibly uneven from walking in to their units. We saw an upstairs and downstairs, so the location wasn’t an excuse, but you can feel the floors rise and fall throughout both units. My wife and I even took pictures... where the walls meet the flooring and you can see the arch in the picture of how obvious this building hasn’t tried to even the floors. We rolled a pen and it immediately rolled away towards the lowest point in both rooms. We obviously didn’t sign here as the price wasn’t even that off from anything else we saw. Lee mas

I have lived here for sixteen years. The staff and property management are very friendly and helpful. I have always received excellent service from them. They are very professional and attentive to tenants.
The apartment complex grounds are always well kept and the apartment is spacious and modern. The location is perfect for me, close to shops and restaurants.
