Jennifer is wonderful and so helpful! There seems to be a new company managing the complex as rents are increasing rapidly. This used to be the best rental deal in Redondo but it’s becoming too expensive for many of the long term tenants that live here. The first year I lived here I saw 2 people move out and the complex had a waiting list of renters. In the last 2 months I’ve seen 4 tenants go and no one replacing them. For rent signs are posted outside for the first time in over 5 years. I... still love my spot but may eventually be priced out of it in the next year or two. Profits over people seems to be the goal of this property. They would rather have units sitting empty than offer reasonable or even great rental rates of the past. Lee mas

Very spacious apartments, least expensive in the area, right on the sand,. Can walk to Redondo pier and can crawl back. Great managers on site and always available, asked them that if they retire to train me to take over as Apartment manager. As I write this I hear the waves on the sand and the joyous squeals of children enjoying a day at the beach...Pets are allowed without restrictions,...this has to be one of the happiest areas in the world!
