Oakwood Apartments

Managers are very unprofessional. It’s a month to month contract, we got keys for our new home and told them we would be moving out. We had to move out by the 29th because they told us that if we stayed till the 31st we had to pay another month even tho we had already paid the full month up to the 31st. Asked to have the phone number for the company to ask why we had to move out by the 29th and was denied the number multiple times. Then when we moved out on the 29th and I asked why we weren’t... able to have till the 31st to move out our belongings they responded with “because we have plans to go out”. Very unprofessional. Management needs to be improved. Told us we would get a deposit back in the mail, but from other reviews this probably won’t happen. And I also asked to have the company phone number in case I didn’t receive my deposit so I could call and ask and was denied the phone number once again. And was told “then sue the company if you don’t get a deposit”. Very unprofessional. Lee mas

Disrespectful managers, rude to visitors, act like they own the place

It’s been it’s be 2 months since I moved out this apartments and my social security deposit hasn’t been returned? I tried calling and my call is always declined!! Also the manager in the office give false information to a residente, i won’t recommend considering renting or trusting these apartments with you your personal information!!
