Unlike congested apartment complexes, this is a beautiful setting where you will enjoy privacy and a home-like environment. The apartments are shaded by large trees and an afternoon breeze cools the hilltop in the summer.
Natural gas, water, sewer, trash and wi-fi are included in the rent price. Electricity is shared with the few renters in the same building, thus dividing the base-charge, making individual billings quite moderate.
Each unit has access to a washer and dryer facility.
Parking is off the street by the apartment entry and the apartment complex is fully fenced for privacy and safety.
