Shaliko Apartment Homes

We just moved into Shaliko apartments and had the chance to attend the community Pool Party Resident Event. It was a blast! The office and maintenance team were there, working hard in the scorching heat. They’ve been incredible from the moment we moved in to any other time we’ve needed them. It’s been ages since we’ve lived in an apartment, and we’ve never had an apartment office and maintenance team be so friendly, helpful, and responsive. Shaliko keeps us all in the loop about community events... , projects, and anything important that we should know. James, Kaitlyn, Ben, and Alex go above and beyond their regular duties and genuinely care about the property and its residents. This isn’t one of those properties you move into and they forget about you. It’s a property where they remember your name and continuously work hard for residents and don’t just try to sell to potential renters. So happy we moved to Shaliko! Lee mas

We recently moved into Shaliko, and we are loving it! The office team is so friendly and communicative. The maintenance team is able to help with any and all things so quickly. It has been a great change for us!

We recently attended our complexes Halloween Boo-Bash and it was a blast! All of the staff was in full costume, there was food, drinks and games! It was so fun to chat with other residents and get to know the staff a little better! We had a ton of fun! Can't wait for the next get together!

My wife and I have lived at Shaliko for the last year and have been very happy.
Moving around in the military, we’ve been to a lot of apartments. This one has been more than excellent.
The staff are very professional and are timely with answering any questions. The nicest thing we have noticed, is how professional and courteous the maintenance team is. They respond very quickly and have been very knowledgeable of any thing that’s needed attention in our apartment.

This property staff is attentive, responsive, and helpful. There has never been a time I have asked for assistance where I have received anything but the highest level of care and quality. This is for both the office crew and the maintenance crew.

I am duly impressed with the ever increasing quality of their personnel. The just continue to improve.... and I have been here for 7+ years.
