Shaliko Apartment Homes

I visited Shaliko with my brother today as he was looking for his first apartment. We immediately noticed how beautiful and clean the grounds are. When we stopped in the leasing office we saw were greeted by Kaitlyn with a warm smile. What stood out was how personable she was and she took the time to get to know us and find out what we were looking for. James the manager, brought us a coffee from the complimentary coffee bar, which is stocked like a coffee shop. The apartments we viewed were... modern and extremely clean. The Shaliko team puts on amazing resident events as well as great amenities. The coffee bar is always fully stocked with cold brew, different flavor creamers and syrups, and always looks like a hotel when I walk in most recently they did a caramel apple event where you could make your own caramel apple they had a wine night that was really fun and I had a chance to meet a few of my neighbors who I never would have known lived next to me. I toured with Kaitlyn this past weekend. She was very nice and knowledgeable also the property was so clean and peaceful. I can’t wait to start the new year off here! I’m glad I found this apartment community!

I have lived here for a few years and have loved living here. I had to move out due to buying my first home but the move out process was so simple thanks to the office staff James and Kaitlyn. I’m going to miss living here and especially the maintenance team Alex and Ben which were always helpful. I appreciate everything you guys have done!

We just moved into Shaliko apartments and had the chance to attend the community Pool Party Resident Event. It was a blast! The office and maintenance team were there, working hard in the scorching heat. They’ve been incredible from the moment we moved in to any other time we’ve needed them. It’s been ages since we’ve lived in an apartment, and we’ve never had an apartment office and maintenance team be so friendly, helpful, and responsive. Shaliko keeps us all in the loop about community events... , projects, and anything important that we should know. James, Kaitlyn, Ben, and Alex go above and beyond their regular duties and genuinely care about the property and its residents. This isn’t one of those properties you move into and they forget about you. It’s a property where they remember your name and continuously work hard for residents and don’t just try to sell to potential renters. So happy we moved to Shaliko! Lee mas
