On the outside the apartments are nice. But there is no clear labeling of parking. Visitor park where they want. Some individuals or three to four in a apartment with each a car. It's hard for tenants to find parking. If some throws a party forget about finding a place to park.The laudry room is always dirt and the dryers and washers are always broke. The grass is brown like it hasn't been watered for years. Random individuals with huge dogs treat the area like their own person park. Homeless... people have been seen walking around. When I walked up I seen a guy smoking weed by his car while his dog was running free with no leash. I would highly recommend trying a better managed apartment complex. Lee mas

I like where I live alot but now my rent is so high that I can't afford anymore.
