Applications are processed on a first come first serve basis. All adults over 18 will need to submit an application. An application fee of $45.00 must be submitted along with the application. Please be advised, applications will not be processed until full payment is received for each application submitted for all applicants per unit. If one or the other is not submitted, you will lose your place in line and another applicant(s) will have the opportunity to apply. Personal checks, cashiers check & money orders are all acceptable forms of payment. Please call or email our office for information on how/where to submit payment & applications.

At the time of signing the lease, a security deposit of $1,500 and 1st months rent is required.

Tenants pay all utilities.

We accept pets but they must be under 50lbs. Also, the approval is subject to the onsite manager. Pet Deposit is $500.00.
