Please be advised, applications will not be processed until full payment is received for each application submitted for all applicants per unit. If one or the other is not submitted, you will lose your place in line and another applicant(s) will have the opportunity to apply. At the time of signing the lease, a security deposit of $1,500 and 1st months rent is required.

Tenants pay all utilities.

We accept pets but they must be under 50lbs. Also, the approval is subject to the onsite manager. Pet Deposit is $500.00.
