DO NOT BUY ANY PROPERTY FROM THESE PEOPLE. We live across the street and they are cutting corners on the construction by hiring sub-contractors. They have blew transformers four times within one year and have knocked out the power on the whole block (including today). The plastic covers that they keep covering the building gets loose and falls on the power lines. You would think they learned the first time, but have not. PG&E finally today fined them for their ignorance. They also have damaged... people's electronics with the power outages. People in the community will be filing an official complaint against the company including some other building owners. If you buy from these people, you will probably be another Millennium Tower owner and have no value after a few years. Lastly, they ran out of funding last year to complete construction on the building. Lee mas
