The Gantry Apartamentos

Great apartment, everyone here is friendly and management is fantastic at handling all requests. Very safe community with great nightlife as well.

While the apartment is nice, the management has gone down hill.

Things are regularly broken (garage door, gym equipment, WiFi in the gym never works, fire pits and barbecues), my packages are REGULARLY stolen, and there is never anyone to help me. The person who usually sits at the front desk is nice, but can never resolve any of my problems and never follows up on outstanding needs.

I don’t know why the rent is so high for a facility that is not well maintained and has poor service.

This place actually feels like home! Everyone; the staff and the residents are so helpful! I feel like part of the Gantry family! Every question I've had since I've moved in, has been answered within an hour's timeframe. I have made the right choice!

Excellent response, just like always. The staff at the Gantry are professional, timely and kind. I love living in this building, a true gem of Dogpatch.
