While the apartment is nice, the management has gone down hill.

Things are regularly broken (garage door, gym equipment, WiFi in the gym never works, fire pits and barbecues), my packages are REGULARLY stolen, and there is never anyone to help me. The person who usually sits at the front desk is nice, but can never resolve any of my problems and never follows up on outstanding needs.

I don’t know why the rent is so high for a facility that is not well maintained and has poor service.
