The community is decent. I am really disappointed that I didn't spend enough time here prior to moving to learn how loud living next to the sprinter station would be. There is a freight train that comes by in the middle of the night and our windows are not good enough quality to drown out any of the noise, so we are constantly waking up in the middle of the night. The dog park is also a nightmare. We cant take our dog here without worrying about him being exposed to harmful bacteria. I can't... tell the last time it was cleaned, if ever. I am always picking up after other dog owners.

Hello, my name is Jeannette Reardon and I just moved in this month. It has been such a positive experience, and I cannot be more grateful for the office staff. Ashlynn was by far, a huge part in my application process. He is professional and attentive to the needs of future residents (hence, my own experience). I am happy to be in a community where office staff are quick to meeting the needs of residents and accessible. It is not common to hear that staff are working 7 days a week in apartment... complexes. It's truly a great place and this is just based on my first impression and being a new Palomar Station resident.
