2727 Edison

So bad. I’ve lived here for 2 months. There was no hot water for 2 weekends and now my apartment has flooded with sewage. The walls are thin, the apartment building smells strongly whenever any resident cooks. Trust me, do not stay here! I wish I could get out of my lease

The building is clean and maintenance requests are met in a timely manner. The location is very central and convenient. Overall seems like a great place to be.

Great location within walking distance to stores, transit, coffee shops, restaurants, and public parks. Maintenance team is responsive and professional. Generally a quiet and clean community. Happy to continue living here!

Facilities are well maintained. I've really enjoyed living at 2727 Edison Street. The apartments are clean, roomy, and get a ton of natural light, which makes a big difference. The vibe around the complex is super chill and quiet, and the neighbors are friendly. The location is awesome; close to everything I need, like coffee shops, groceries, and public transit, but still feels tucked away enough to be peaceful.

Management is great too. They’re easy to get in touch with and actually take care... of stuff when you need it. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the staff is always professional and polite.

Parking has never been an issue, and the building feels safe with secure entry. I also appreciate the little touches like the well-kept green spaces and clean common areas. Overall, it’s been a really solid place to live, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone apartment hunting in the area. Lee mas
