Wow! The process of moving in to Kona apartments was completely stress free and smooth. The property manager is a phenomenal person, so sweet and attentive. My apartment is gorgeous. Nice balcony, modern amenities, and a very spacious living room! Super content with my place and the staff. :)

The apartments are very beautiful. The manager Sandra is great no matter what happens weather big or small she is always on top of it, And she always has a smile on her face. If there is a parking issue like someone in your space she will take action. Randi The maintenance is awesome she is very knowledgeable and gets the job done fast. the updates to the building are great. I cant wait tell the are done and its all completed. its going to look so nice.

I went looking for an apartment a week ago. I was greeted by the manager Sandra and she was a delight, She was very polite and very nice answered all of my question, and the apartment looked so beautiful, I putt in my application and I to be moving in on the first. Sandra helped me through the process and answered all my question and made the process seamless. She defiantly went above and beyond for me and my family. Great place to live. the manager is awesome we had a problem and it was taken care of right away. Anytime we have an issue no mater if its someone in my parking space or I have locked out of my apartment she is very attentive, and responsive. She is very friendly and always has a smile on her face. I love it here, And will be here for a very long time. The updates to the property are great and they building looks amazing, looks completely different.
